Vintage Mid Century "Model 803" Armchair by Gio Ponti

Here is a "Model 803" armchair by Gio Ponti produced by Cassina, circa 1950s. This stunning design by Ponti is appreciated for its angular lines, subtle curves and tapered legs. The chair has been newly reupholstered in a woven wool blend fabric which mixes an off-white and light blue. The legs have also been refinished in a dark walnut.
